A goal of the co-innovation project with SAP Innovation Center Network (ICN) was to create UX design and scenarios for the client's new solution development: SAP Customer Retention.
By following individual digital footprints, the solution can measure how relevant certain touchpoints are to customer churn. This provides timely churn prediction and gives the opportunity to prevent customers from leaving.
As a Design Lead, I delivered a set of UI/UX deliverables and UX strategy for a successful design and development process while leading three designers in my team.
